*Among  the many striking locations in Red Rock Country, a perpetual favorite of ours is the Valley Drive located in Monument Valley Navajo  Tribal Park.  Portrayed in the above image is the North Window.  Here, the East Mitten is framed on the left by Elephant Butte, and on the right by Cly Butte.  Lovers of dramatic desert scenery should not give this a miss.
